If you believe that a claim of intellectual property infringement against you was made in error or due to misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Be advised that knowingly misrepresenting that your content does not infringe intellectual property rights may result in liability for damages, including legal costs and attorney’s fees. If you are unsure whether your material infringes on intellectual property rights, it is strongly recommended that you seek legal advice before submitting a counter-notice.
To file a counter-notice, please send it to [email protected] with the following information:

Upon receipt of your counter-notice, a copy may be forwarded to the party who filed the initial complaint, informing them that Backto890s may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. Unless the intellectual property owner takes legal action to prevent this, the removed content may be reinstated or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days after the counter-notice is received.
If Backto890s receives multiple notifications indicating that you have repeatedly used others' intellectual property without authorization, we may deactivate your account.
